1st day without heroin...

Woke up to cramps, sweats, chills and having that overwhelming feeling of dread. I know what lays ahead and it sucks. Took vicodins to take the edge off and keep me from puking before I even have a chance eat. Today I will be attempting to write more and describe what I'm feeling and how I am thinking. Right now I'm scared of what is to come and I'm scared of my own weakness in this area. I'll keep you posted throughout the day.
